I have a 15 gallon tank with a Chinese algae eater and a male guppy (planning to move the guppy) and I want to make it a community tank do anyone have any ideas of what fish can go in there and ones that are not usually expensive?

No I'm not fond on guppies I read somewhere before that there should be two females for each male because the males will fight and they reproduce so fast

Yeah, I’d think I’d try just all males.

I think the ‘will fight without enough females’ advice is when there are females present. If there are no females to fight over they don’t seem to be aggressive with each other.
