15 gallon help

I decided to turn an empty 15 gallon aquarium (20Ē x 10.25Ē x 16Ē) into a planted aquarium. I was hoping to put dwarf puffers in it. If I am able to put them in, how many should I do? What other types of fish can be with them?

Hi, did you try searching the threads. I think there are a few members on here with these but never kept them myself.

I keep one in a 9 gallon. With 2 Amano shrimp. Everything I read said species only. I was told I could keep 2 in here but puffers can fight so I stuck with 1. Click image for larger version

Love your tank! I never had much luck with puffers. What do you feed yours?

Grindal worms are his favorite. He also gets bladder or ramshorn snails.

Aren't they brackish water? Or if they are pea puffers?

Careful. Some puffers are sold as fresh that are brackish.

This little guy is a pea puff. Totally fresh.
