15 Gallon Tank Stocking Suggestions

Hi everyone! I'm new to this site and I was thinking about buying a 15 gallon tank. i would love to have White Clouds in it as that is what i have now, along with 2 male endler's livebearers. would you be able to suggest some other fish that i could have safely in a 15 gallon tank with these guys? Oh, and i only have 3 white clouds so am thinking about buying 2 or 3 more

i was thinking maybe this stocking list however i'm not sure if it will work so please feel free to change it and give me advice :

6 - White Cloud Mountain Minnnows
6 - Zebra Danios
1 - Weather Loach or other small algae eater
5 - Cherry Shrimp
3 - Nerite Snails.

any good? i think for a 15 gallon tank it will be overstocked :S help please guys
