Okay, so I have a 2.5gal for my betta, id like to have something else in it too, but I can't think of anything. He kills shrimp, immediatly.

Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

Have you tried nerite snails? They're very pretty.

Not yet, I wanted to get some for my 20gal too, so one would be good for the 2.5?
Should be fine. I wouldn't add anymore fish. So, since he kills shrimp, a nerite would probably be your best option. IMO.
2.5 gallons is too small to add any other fish. IMO.

+1 with absolutangel04. 2.5G is too small for another fish. A betta and a snail is pushing already. But they will live.

Well a 2.5 was really my only option, it have him more room, and didn't make my mom mad, she sais that was as big as I could get for him lol

Personally, I love 2.5 gallons. Perfect for my shrimp :) I'm afraid of putting them with my cory's in my 10g. 0.0

See I wanted to put my shrimp in it, but my betta is a shrimp killer, so they'll have to stay in the 20, nobody killis them there. Haha
