36 gallon restock

So I plan to restock my 36 and my plans are

1x angelfish
6-7 x black neons
6x flame tetras
5- Cory cats
5x khuil loaches
3-4 oto cats

My filter is a sunsun canister rated up to a 75g and I plan to be using flourish root tabs as well as heavily plant with low light plants.

Any suggestions on stocking? The angel and the black neon tetras have to stay but other then that is up in the air

I think that it is fully stocked unless you want to add a GBR or something.

Sounds like a solid stock to me should look good!

What about rams? Could I add those if I got rid of the khulis?

You could probably add a GBR or BR without taking out anything.
