As of yesterday, I am now 4 weeks into fishless cycling my 28 gallon tank. See picture below of water parameters. It is taking about 48 hours to transition about 1 ppm of ammonia. Your tank is fully cycled when it can transition ammonia in 24 hours correct? I'm so very anxious to get my dwarf puffers, but I want this tank to be 100% ready for them when they arrive, so I do not want to order them until I know for a fact that it is ready for them. Should I just keep dosing with ammonia until it transitions within a 24 hour time limit? (and hopefully I only have another week or two of cycling to go before it's done? - fingers crossed)

Yes, just keep going your getting really close. Would recommend going a week or so of 0 ammonia &nitrites before getting fish.
