40 Gallon Breeder Build

I was hoping to get some advice on a good setup of this size. I've got the itch and the 16 gallon tank isn't cutting it. Tank selection and fish stores are limited around me. Are there any places that ship tanks?

What would be a good tank, heater, filter, hood, and lighting system?

Shipping tanks can be very expensive. Best to try and see if you can get them locally if possible. If your breeding use sponge filter/s and a heater if necessary. No substrate is best to protect fry from injury. Live plants are helpful I have heard.
