46 gallon bowfront stocking ?

So I got the 46 gallon bowfront for 75 dollars and it comes with 2 penguin filters , power head , and some other stuff and thangsss lol .

But I don't know if I should get an Oranda , black moor , and ryukin or a different type of fish , that's interactive and doesn't just swim around and swims away when you step in the room , a fish that gets 8"+ , so if you know any type of fish that sound like that description :: than please tell me
