Make sure you check the pH. This is normally when pH crashes occur if they're gonna happen.
I guess holding off on that water change worked out, lol. I remember there was a thread a while back where we debating whether constant water changes were needed during a fishless cycle (I said no). I think you said you were gonna test it...looks like you just did
I agree to test the bio-filter a couple more times to make sure it's stable, then get nitrAtes below 20 and add fish! Remember that cycling at 4ppm allows you to stock the tank right off the bat assuming they are peaceful fish being added, instead of waiting a couple weeks to add more. Enjoy.
