I am just starting my 55 gallon. I currently have a Pleco, 1 neon green tetra (not the narrow one. It's kind of roundish and larger), along with 2 African Dwarf Frogs.

I would like to stock my tank with the following if possible:
2 angelfish
4 Bolivian rams or 4 GB rams
10 small schooling fish
10 small bottom feeders

I'd actually like to maybe have less schooling fish maybe 5 and more Rams. What do you guys think?

Sounds good but I really recommend 1 pair (male and female) of rams. They can get very aggressive with each other other wise. For the schooling fish I recommend any type of tetra. Your plan sounds good. Also gbrs can be very sensitive but Bolivians are pretty hardy.

look at pictures of male and female angels and rams so you can pick out a pair at the store. Keep it to one pair of angels and one pair of bolivian rams. You can add 10 bronze corys and maybe 10 pencilfish or lemon tetras or similar sized fish.

If you can't pick out pairs of rams and angels, get 3 of each, wait for pairs to form, and remove the 3rd, unpaired fish.
