75 gallon wide shark tank

Looking for ideas for planting and stocking. I have a pond at the lfs that will take any fish that out grows my tank. Also curious about lighting ideas and the idea of having hillstream loaches. The filter system is 120 gallon wet/dry. Is a uv filtration a good idea?
