Air stone

Should I leave my air stone on all the time or should I turn it off at night ? Any help would be great thanks

I do not think it matters. If your cycling you should keep it on. I kept mine on all the time full blast when cycling.

The water movement from airstones also helps with oxygen. I leave mine on for that reason.

I leave mine on. My fish tend to like swimming through it every now and then. I turn it off and they look around for it!

You should also leave it on if you have plants, because they use oxygen at night.
