Tuesday I'm going to be hopefully starting to stock my tank, neon or cardinal tetras or both, few Cory's, guppies, rainbow shark, probably a few clown loaches, 2 or 3 bosemani rainbows, honey gourami or dwarf blue gourami, but need some advice on algae eatter, obviously a Pleco would be ok but was looking for other ideas other than a Pleco

I really like ottos. They do a great job. Though clown loaches will get too large for a 55 gal tank.

I personally have 4 ottos and a pleco in my community tank. The ottos do a great job and have very little bio-load. Plus they are great fun to watch

I know the 2 big stores don't carry them even my way cool fish store doesn't

I took me a while to find them for my tank. Sometimes if you ask they will take you name and call when they get some in, or they can special order sometimes
