Am over stocked on my 30L?

Lol Eco, your tank(s) are ok. Its just When you have 5 different schooling fish in the same area, (middle and top), living off the same food, and dodging each other 24/7, things can get messy. It's like... Having a ram pair and a keyhole pair in a 20 gallon. It could work, but the risks are high. If it's working for the OP, he may not ever have any issues at all, but they could come up, ya know?
 
I respectfully disagree. You aren't going to see territorial behavior from those little tetras and danios the way you would from even the most peaceful cichlids; it's an apples to oranges comparison IMO. A 30 long is plenty of room for those fish and while my personal preference would be similar to rich311k, there is no cause for concern here.
