You should try New Life Spectrum Community Tank food. Blood worms aren't all that good for them. Plus the rotting flesh in your tank will raise your ammonia levels.
The NLS foods are so good that I only feed my fish 2 days on 1 day off, and they are happy, healthy, growing like weeds. The NLS has really enhanced their colors. It's amazing stuff, and there is no need to supplement it like you do with other fish food.
Less food, less poop, less ammonia., win-win.

It depends on the age of your fish. If they are young and still growing. Then 2 times a day is fine. But if they are finished growing, once a day is enough. I know they seem to be hungry all the time, but most fish will eat every time you feed them. Even if they are full, fish can be greedy with food.
