apistogramma or bolivian ram?

which would do better in my setup?
8-guppies,
1-albino bristleose pleco,
1-dwarf gourami,
8-juli corys,
6-ghost shrimp.
ill have rocks on one side and the rest will be driftwood and plants

what size tank? If you have room for one or the other... I like apistos over bolivians, particularly the triple red and orange flash
