Black beach/aquarium sand

Wish I lived on the Big Island of Hawaii where they have Black Sand Beach, but nooo and trying to find black sand for my 75 and 55 and 30 gal tanks seems fruitless.
Any ideas? Any members in Hawaii?

Well there is a option for you. I was on the Big Island Last July.
We went snorkeling over the reefs and it was awesome.
The black and white sand was really nice.
The Sahara comes in White n Black mixed together.
Read this review it's almost perfect, re creating the black sand. It comes in black n white.

I have Black Blast blasting compound from Menards. $8 for 50lb and it's a nice shiny black.
