buying a new used 100 gallon tank

i am so excited I am buying a 5 year old tank that is still up a running from a guy here in town for 350$ this includes the tank stand a enhim 2217 filter and some kind of magnum filter four nice size pieces of drift wood along with 125lbs of natural colored gravel several fake plants and about fifteen small fish like head and tail light tetras lemon tetras some cardinals. I went and looked at the tank today and the only thing that I did not like was there was a lot a MTS in there, but otherwise it was crystal clean. I was just wondering if this is as good of deal as it sounds like to me.

I've been looking for a similar type tank for the last 2 months and I would agree it is a good deal especially if the stand is sound and you are getting a hood & lights...good luck
