Can i put 2 filters in 1 tank ?

Hey guys so i have a 55 gal nano tank with discus and live plants. My current filter. Came built in with the nano. It does 230 gals an hour I would like to know if I can keep that filter in and get an internal which pumps 400 gals an hour thanks

Yes, you can absolutely run multiple filters on a single tank.

Yep, I'm currently running an aqua clear 110 and whisper 30-60(came with the tank). On my 55.

One of my LFSs runs three AC70s on a 125g tank where they keep their monster fish like gar, RTCs, and big cichlids.

The more filtration the better, in most cases. Nothing beats an HOB/Canister combo.
