? change from 6gallon to 15gallon?

My 6g tank is over populated. i want to fire up my old 15g. can i use the 6 gallons from the small tank. the filter. and all the plants and cave ( for the Pleco ). and transplant it all with some new water, and be ok with my tanks cycle??? any advie would be appreciated. as i do want my fish to be happy and healthy.

fish. 6 neon tetras
1 Pleco. 2.5 inch long
6 Guppies

You might go through a mini cycle but probably not. Just watch your levels and do water changes if needed so your fish stay happy. If a mini cycle does occur it won't last to long.
