Cloudy Water

Hey all,

After i added my new black loaches and the water almost immediately started turning this color. I can just be a coincidence that a bacterial bloom started right as i added the loaches, but i'd like an expert opinion please.

Could be the sand, the loaches may be stirring it up and causing it to get cloudy. Is it a new tank? The sand will settle eventually. Some water changes will clear it too. Also is the tank cycled? Have you tested the water? These may help if you haven't seen them:
