Cloudy Water! Help!

I have a 20 gal fish tank with 1 common goldfish and 1 oranda. I've tried to put in API AmmoLock to detoxify the ammonia in my aquarium, but it is so cloudy! The fish tank also looks very dirty!

That's a lot of fish for that tank size. How much water do you regularly change and how often? What type of filter are you using?

With oranda goldfish reaching a size of 5-7 inches and a common goldfish reaching a size of 14 inches or more..your tank is way too small and explains your ammonia spike. Massive water changes 50% daily and imo you should look at re homing or upgrade to a 55g at the least
