Cloudy water in cycle

I started dosing 4ppm ammo 2 weeks ago, it hasn't really come down yet and I have those bacterial bloom (white cloudy water) that come and go, is it normal or should I be worried?

Just ignore it. It's bacteria that's feeding on the extra ammonia in your tank. It will go away on its own.
