cookies and cream

I love the black sand in my shrimp tank so much that I decided to use black sand in my 35 hex tank..but I also added some white sand in the front thinking the contrast would look cool with plants and my khuli loaches..Well now the tank looks like cookies and cream..It's virtually impossible to keep the sand from mixing, even with a gravel area between the colors..I don't know if I should take it all out and start over..Any suggestions would be appreciated..the sand was about $25.00 so I kind of hate to toss all of it..

Yeah it's near impossible to keep sand separated when you have bottom dwellers that stir it up all the time. Not a whole lot you can do other than take it out or just enjoy it.
