Cycling Question

My ammonia is 0.5 and my nitrites are hovering around .1 (Nitrates are 0.)
The water is very very cloudy though. Is this normal in a cycling aquarium? Should I go ahead and do a water change.

How many days are you cycling it??
I guess that if less than 10 days its normal, no?? Any expert knowing more??

What color is it? If it is white it sounds like a bacteria bloom to me. It is common in a cycling tank. It will go away as the bacteria find hard surfaces to colonize.
