Cycling tank

While my tank is cycling i know i must check the amonia, nitrate, and nitrite frequently but what about the GH and KH, i got a test kit and it says how to test it but it doesnt tell me what is high or low, or what to do if it is, alittle info on this would be great thankyou

No, you don't need to test for it regularly. I don't even test mine at all since I know that it is insanely high. If you start getting into planted tanks with CO2 then you would.
