I usually don't post links to other sites (except to mine maybe!) but I found this article and I thought that heaps of people like me out there (those who know just enough info to be considered dangerous) could benefit from reading.

I've read bits n pieces of this info, but this article seems to have really pulled it all together nicely IMO. I feel so edumacated!
