I have three firemouths and two of them pick on one i even put cave in but wont go in there? Could it be they need to find there territory just bought existing tank from guy?

The biggest one picks on both but then they will gang up on one ive noticed they have settled down some and picked their own spots but wondering if tank is too small the largest is about six inches long?

You need at east a 75. Firemouths can be very aggressive.

Yeah thought so! The guy i bought it from had just a chicilid tank they dont bother the other fish just each other ok thanks so what shall i do with them? Wont get bigger tank until summer?

Can i put him in ten gallon tank by himself?

No don't put it in the 10 I would rehome the one getting picked on. I bet the other 2 have paired up and if you leave the third one it will get bullied to death.
