Fish-less Cycling Questions

i got my test kits today!!!Here are the parameters:
Temp:76 Degrees Farenheit
pH:7.6
Ammonia:2.5 ppm
Nitrite:2 ppm
Nitrate:5 ppm
BTW the pH,Nitrite,and ammonia test kits are by red sea and the nitrate is my aquarium pharmauticals.

Is it safe to put plants in yet???

plants.. if you are planning on being accurate with your bacterial cycle I would wait untill the cycle is over.. plants will use up your nitrogen.. ammonia first most likely and your bacteria will likely not get use of it..
