fishes in 30 gallon tank

So i need yalls help what fishes would do good in a 30 GALLON tank and get along with some platys

Some tetras, guppies, maybe some more platys. Maybe cory catfish.

Rasboras or kuhli loaches. Zebra danios maybe.

You should get a bn pleco for algae and suppliments with wafers. A warning: do not get swordtails!!! I got one and he killed all the male platies and female swords in the tank. You could consider RCS, Amano shrimp, guppies, cories, tetras, and rainbows.

Rasbrosas, danios and barbs might work also. I'm a little hesitant on the danios though.

Panchax maybe. I don't know what's so bad about danios.

Is that really so bad? Some people probably aren't looking to breed... It's natural population control.

what kind of a catfish did you get?

In a 30 gallon, you could do 2 schools of 8 or so fish, like rasbora or tetras, a bottom dweller like a catfish, and a centerpiece like a small gourami or a pair of rams. So far, it looks like you have a good start
