I have heard a lot about this tank. It looks really cool too! Would you recommend this tank to someone? Is it a good tank for an angel fish like air wise with the glass top?

It's too small for an angel fish, you need a 20g to keep just one angel with no other fish.

Well, the thing about this is that I have a 10 gallon marineland half moon tank and I got like a 1 in angel fish at the beginning, and now it is about 5 inches tall fin to fin. So it's more about will it have enough room at the tom to breathe. Thanks anyway though!
No an angelfish that size is too large for a 12 gallon! An angelfish needs at least a 30 gallon tank. I've been keeping angels for over 30 years and currently have 12 in a 220g. You should see about rehoming the angel as it is far too cramped in your current set up.
