Getting excited!!

Ok my readings tonight of my fishLESS cycle are as follows

Ammonia 0 -0.25
No3 40
No2 0.5
Ph 8.3

I feel I'm near the end!! But just want second opinion please

I have ordered peate balls for the ph levels as I no they are to high. (Been between 8.2-8.3 for last week or so)
