I'd say yes, but would guess some time to go (bit hard to tell). Female live bearers of decent size are odds on to be carrying though.

But hugely curious what the blue ornament is in the top right of the photo?

The picture is turned sideways for some reason, it's a fake shark. We want to start adding real plants just in case she is pregnant so the fry can hide.

Ive uploaded some more pictures.

Ah, nice - yes, some more cover for the fry will help. Anything really. Plants would be a good option. I've always thought they get a bit of feed as well from real plants.

I thought my gold panda was going to have her babies first since she was bigger than my black molly but i was wrong, last night i found 9 black panda fry, i didnt get a chance to buy more plants so i put them in a small fish bowl so they won't get eaten, i saw the Gold Panda start to hide in a corner so i put her in my 3 gallon tank with some plants so she can give birth and the fry can hide since the birth of the black fry happened so suddenly and as soon as the Gold Panda has her fry I'll take her out and put the ones in the fish bowl in the 3 gallon tank with the others.
