Good book for newbie

Please recommend a good book for beginners.

There's a great new Encyclopedia of Exotic Tropical Fishes that has just been released by TFH. It has an extensive section on aquarium setup and maintenance, fish health and, of course, a very impressively illustrated fish section. It is a bit pricey but worth every dime of it! I bought one of the author's copies a few weeks ago and it already has a place of honor in my library. I recommend it highly.
