Should I soak it in dechlor water now??? Any suggestions??

I personally would rinse it with Dechlorinated water.

Are you adding this to your existing gravel/substrate? Just a thought just in case.

Yes. I'm adding it to what I already have. I stayed on the safe road so I don't have to worry about the cyle going south. The stones are just a little bit bigger and maybe a little bit more polished, but I doubt there will be a difference once mixed together. Right now I have it soaking in a bucket with some dechlor water. The dust is floating to the top. I've had it in there about four hours and I just mixed it up to get some more of the dust moving around. If I can pick it up and get it to the tub, I'll switch the water and add more dechlor. I'll strain it out and add it to the new tank first tomorrow.

I got the bucket of 25 pounds of rock into the tub. Dumped the old and added new with the dechlor. Now for the Motrin.
