no, i got a 20g with incandescent hood and filter for $20, but opted to pay more for the model with a fluorescent hood without a filter for$40. keep looking or get r done, youll be happy to have it now, you win some tou lose some... maybe youll get blessed with a heater somewhere down the line

DONT PUT IT WITH OTHER FISH!!! I had one... A bad one from walmart and it nipped all my guppies fins off in the 20g! And this was a tiny one!
I think it would be ok in a small tank for a while and im not gonna stop you but just be prepared to move it into a big tank when it gets big or possibly give it to a REAL Aquarium place like where they keep sharks because these guys will sting you and if they're bigg enough it's deadly!- we got this info on a marine biologist i think...
