I was wondering if Bio-Spira (30 Gallon) would be enough for my 33 Gallon?

Should work fine. If you take the inside measurements of your tank, less some gallons for gravel and you will find you tank is actually a bit less than 30 gal.

I have had the situation arise where I needed to double-dose Bio-Spira, maybe because of poor handling at the LFS, or whatever, I don't know, but nowadays I tend to over-dose it to be sure.
