ok so i have 29 gallon stocked and sett somewat sharp gravel btw and may start plants
i whant 1-3 fm betta
and what else tank hidding spots good and tank is longer then it is tall

Sounds like a perfect reason to get a BUNCH of frogs

There's a book, available online as an ebook even, The Simple Guide to Freshwater Aquariums by Boruchowitz. It has many, many stocking suggestions for communities of fish that get along well, are easy for beginners, and make for a complete tank.
