Help With Tank Set-up - Aquarium Advice

Well I have two kribensis (dwarf cichlids) and 6 white cloud mountain minnows to act as dither fish. Any way there is not real movemnt in the tank from the kribs. All they do is hide

. Is there any way to make them feel more secure.
If any one has any images of tank set-ups that would be great.

P.S I was not sure which forum to put this in so I added into tthis section; any way it is there mental health that is the issue here lol.

I moved the thread here because [acronym:dc992931c4="In my opinion"]IMO[/acronym:dc992931c4], they are not unhealthy.

How long have you had them in the tank? Are they eating? It could very well be that they are still adjusting to the tank.
