How many fish ?

Once my tank has cycled (80litre) how many guppies and platys can I put in there ? They will be coming from my 200 litre tank so I can add different fish into that one..

I would go with 5 male guppies, mabye a few Pygmy cories for bottom feeders

I have 4 corydoras in my 200 and 2babies so might take the babies out and add them to the 80 , 5guppies doesn't sound a lot ? Could I add more platys ? Never had a small tank so dunno

Also the tank isn't set up yet, so I've put the filter medium into my existing filter in the 200 roughly how long should I leave it there ?

A trio of plates and 4 guppies? 1m 2f for platies and 1m 3f guppies?
