I need help with my tank

I have had my tank running for over a month and the water is very cloudy I have 1 pleco. One moille. 2 zebra dinos. And 4 fish have died please help me

If the fish are dying and the water is cloudy, obviously your tank isn't fully cycled. What are the nitrates, nitrites, ammonia levels, etc? How long have you been cycling? When did you add the fish??? Cloudy water is not usually a good sign.
