Is my fish cycle over I have tested my amonia and its .6 and my P.H. is around 7 so what to do add fish slowly or wait longer is their anything I need to do or is that it and if its over how many fish can I add a week 1, 2, or 3

P.S. sorry if I spelled anything wronge

Ebster...you still have a positive NH3 reading? How about your NO2 and NO3? In order to consider your "cycle" complete, you must have 0 NH3, 0 NO2 and at least 10-20ppm NO3.

P.S. You spelled "wrong" wrong...LOL

Exactly as JChillen said. For a cycle to be complete you need to have 0 Ammonia and 0 Nitrites and present Nitrates (less than 40).
