Looking to buy used aquarium, have a few questions.

I am thinking about buying an ready set up aquarium from someone.
What would be my monthly/annauly costs, as well as what would I need to do for weekly upkeep.

It is a 75 gallon tank with a mix of Cichlids, Cat Fish, and Pelco's. For a total of about 40 fish. There are 3 filters, one Eheim 2076, another a Eheim 2215 and the other a filter on the back.

Weekly upkeep- 25% water changes and testing your water
Monthly you'll need to change the filter cartridge.
