After "researching" my fish choices, by discussing my wants and needs with a local aquarium store owner, I was sold incompatible tank mates.
3 mollies: 2 males and 1 female. I have a 20 gallon long tank (water stats are perfect) also home to a cory cat. After watching their behavior, I realize this is not a good gender ratio, the female is filing a sexual harrassment lawsuit against me. I need a balance without overcrowding my small tank. I need to take into consideration that the Cory Cat is not happy either, had I informed myself that they like a group, I would have bought 3.
What is the best gender ratio for my mollies, using the least amount of fish? What about the Cory? I will have to take that into consideration, I would like to make sure there is a group if that is the preference.
