My first two critters :-) Now what...?

So we now have our first two critters in our tank 2 Mollies - a black male and white female (I've called them Molly and Max )

So they have been actively swimming around and its quite cute because they are swimming around together. I haven't fed them yet (we bought them lets say 15 hours ago) as the info that came with my tank said not to feed hem for 48 hours. Advice on when to feed them please?

I am looking at getting 2 guppies, a corydora, a shrimp and a snail to go with them to complete our collection - maybe a siamese fighter too.

In my experience I would feed them as I know my lfs feeds minimum amounts of food so the fish are always interested when you approach the tank, and I'm sure they will love you for it
