My tank is finally cycled! I am adding 5ml of ammonia tonight to bring it back up to 4ppms and hopefully in 24 hours it will be gone. My question is that tomorrow if it is gone I do a 90% water change and then do I have to wait 24 hours to put in fish or can I do the water change and put in fish right after? Also my PH is at 7.6 it hasn't crashed or gone up its been steady but is that too high for angel fish and danios? Thanks!

If your ammonia reading is 0 tomorrow, you can add fish right in after the water change. If you do not end up adding fish right away, you need to continue to add ammonia to feed the bacteria. The bacteria will die without ammonia. After you add fish, they will be the ammonia source. Good luck!
