Need help starting over.

hi i have a 180 litre aquarium that i made most of the beginner mistakes on. i have now emptied my whole tank and i am ready to start over. my filter is fluval 4 and i no is poor for the size tank i have also looks horrible i am no wat fish i want exactly all livebearers and i want be over stocking now but i need a new filter want an external 1 was thinking a xp2 but i duno any recomedations?? and would a power head be good with this??

An xp2 would be a good choice for filtration. Have you thought about how you plan on cycling the tank?
