New 55 Gallon Tank Stocking Questions

Hello everyone. I've been fishless cycling since December 23, and have been lurking around the forums for about a month now. I am hoping the cycling will be done soon and would like some opinions on fish compatability.

I will start out with the background info on the tank to get that out of the way.

Substrate is Black 3m Colorquartz, Flagstone Rocks, Slate structure on the right, PVC cave, additional artificial cave, silk plant. I will be getting a med/large piece of malaysian driftwood and some more artificial plants from the LFS who is going to trade me for some of the extra sand that I have.

PH 7.8
Amm 0
Nitrites 2
Nitrates 20-30 (using the api freshwater master)

So here is what I am hoping to do:

1 Black Ghost Knife
2 Koi Angelfish
2 Pearl Gouramis
2 German Blue Rams
2 German Gold Rams
5 Kuhli Loaches
1 Starry Night Pleco
1 Thomasi Pleco
6 Cory Cats
1 African Clawed Frog?
