Way to quick - people do things different, but you need to be slower - float bag minimum 10mins, add small amount of water to bag every 10-15 for minimum of 45mins, I do it for an hour to hour and half depending on type of fish. You could also do the drip method which is very good, but at least do a longer aclimatision in future.

I find the drip method to be easier. Just set it and forget it. No going back every 10 mins to add tank water. Last time I got some neons I drip acclimated them for an hour.

You may want to heck your water parameters jut to make sure your pH and other levels are in check.
