Yes BUT that's if you move all the fish over. If you plan to keep the ram in the 10, that would remove the media (bacteria) from the 10 gal which means the tank the ram is in will then not be cycled and you would then need to do a fish-in cycle with the ram, which means daily testing of the water with a good liquid test kit and frequent water changes. Rams are also stressed easily to so they aren't good fish to cycle with. Can you put the ram in the 29 until you give it away?
